Hot food was delivered lukewarm at best. Sushi was good, so just won't order hot food again

you blatantly lie about the delivery times. the timer jumps from 17 minutes to 50 minutes. this happens often. when I phone the restaurant they tell me the food has left, but then it takes an hour to get to me, even though the restaurant is nearby
